I am a lifelong resident of Andover Massachusetts, living in an understated part of the town. I have lived in my current River street home since 1990. I bought the house, even though it had proven termite damage, because I fell in love with this quiet, rural location.

Thank you for posting this information! I live in the O;ympic Village Development off River Street and we are very concerned about this development. It has been excruciating trying to find information about this project and the history behing it.

I saw the 40B article in the Townsman and sympathize with your group. I was the Neighborhood Representative on the Northfield Commons 40B project that was just approved in June. I went to and spoke out at every Town Hearing. I am familiar with the process and may be able to help by informing you of what our group went through. I don’t quite know how to set up a wordpress acct or balardvale.net acct to add posts but I don’t mind communicating by email.
It appears your group has researched the issues and may not need any help but if someone wants to have a cup of coffee and talk for 20 minutes or so I’d be glad to share my thoughts.
