“Taylor Cove” Project

The “Taylor Cove” project is a proposed large scale townhouse development project in Ballardvale, on River Street. This street started out as small summer camps in the early thirties to fifties and has been progressively developed over time. Many of the residents, experiencing increasing commuter and residential traffic, believe that too much development has already occured and further urbanization of this rural community will permanently destroy the quiet, peaceful character of the neighborhood, which we all moved in to enjoy.

The plan proposes 32 townhouses with with parking an garages, located on 12.09 acres of woodland.
